Rigorous FAT Testing Process

During the Factory Acceptance Test, our technical team conducted a comprehensive series of tests in strict accordance with IEC international standards and relevant industry specifications.

300kVA Distribution Transformer Routine Tests

  • Electrical Parameter Verification: Voltage ratio, impedance voltage, no-load loss, and load loss tests
  • Insulation Performance Testing: Insulation resistance, dielectric strength, and partial discharge tests
  • Temperature Rise Test: Temperature rise characteristics under simulated full-load operation
  • Noise Testing: Ensuring operational noise meets environmental requirements

33kV RMU Performance and Safety Verification

  • Mechanical Operation Tests: Verification of circuit breaker and isolator mechanical characteristics
  • Electrical Interlocking Tests: Ensuring operational safety and anti-misoperation functions
  • Withstand Voltage Tests: Power frequency withstand and impulse withstand voltage tests
  • Protection Function Tests: Verification of overcurrent, ground fault, and other protection functions
